Thank you for shopping at Four4Soaring Media & Mentoring. We appreciate your support and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)

We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping, when applicable.

Digital Products and services (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads, Mentoring sessions)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital sales are final
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded
  • Refunds for mentoring sessions require negotiation with JJ, contact JJ at jj@four4soaring.com or via the same method you used to book the session.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
