Watching Brene Brown on Netflix – for a guy who loves quotes this is a gold mine, but more than that it is the mother lode of inspiration for leadership that is both #vulnerable and #courageous. (these things go together people- they are not opposites) if you follow me, you know I have this thing for inspiring women . I’m married to one . I have a pastor who is one and I get to work and be friends and family with hundreds of them. #youknowwhoyouare

I am seeking to discover, find and share salt and light into the world. After growing up in financial poverty, but with a wealth of loving people lifting me up all along the way, I struggled for a good while to "do it all on my own."
